What is the size of the 3D Monthly Milestone Frame?
Our frame is A4 size
Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we currently do not accept COD. All orders are paid before processing.
Where are you located?
We are located in Quezon City.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping is FREE nationwide. (Website orders only)
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the Philippines.
How do I send the pictures?
Sending of pictures will be via email. Once your payment is confirmed, we will send you complete instructions, including how to send your photos and guidelines to ensure the best outcome.
Can I order even if my baby is not yet 1 year old?
Upon ordering, pictures must already be complete from 0–12 months.
Do you accept orders for twins?
Yes, we do! However, each baby will have a separate frame.
What are your shipping options?
We ship via J&T nationwide.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We ship every Monday. Cut-off for payment confirmation: Every Friday (This schedule applies to website orders only. Facebook orders may vary depending on the batch)
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pickup is available. Kindly message us on our Facebook page to arrange.
Do you enhance the pictures?
No, we do not enhance old, low-quality, or pixelated photos. Please send the best quality images for the best results.
Can you include pets or other family members?
No, we currently only accept orders for babies aged 0–12 months or 12–24 months.
My baby is now older (e.g. 10 years old). Can I still order?
Yes, as long as you can provide clear, high-quality photos from their baby months.
Can I change the pictures after sending them?
You are allowed to change 1 photo after the draft is sent. Please make sure to send your best photos initially.
When will I receive the draft?
We will send a draft for your approval by Saturday.
Can I request rush orders?
Rush orders may be accommodated depending on availability. Please message us first before placing your order.
What happens if I don’t send my photos right away?
Your order will not be processed and will be moved to the next shipping schedule. Sending pictures on or before Friday.
What if I entered the wrong details?
Please contact us immediately so we can assist you before production starts.
